At our school, we're committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). While we offer a range of resources and support within the school environment, there are also fantastic external organisations that can provide additional guidance and information.
This list provides links to various websites offering support for families. These resources cover a wide range of topics, from specific learning difficulties to emotional and social needs. We encourage you to explore these websites to find the information and support that best suits your child's individual needs.
Skylarks is an independent charity offering a range of activities for children with additional needs, their siblings and parents/carers, both online and face-to-face. They run sessions on Tuesdays and some Fridays in term time at the Crossway Centre in Twickenham. They also offer other activities in a variety of locations and via Zoom on other days and during the holidays.
The National Autistic Society are here to transform lives and change attitudes to help create a society that works for autistic people. Be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies to be more autism-friendly, they are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes.
ADHD Embrace is a charity supporting parents and professionals who live and work with kids and teens with ADHD. 5% of the population have ADHD and early intervention and support can change the outcome of a child’s life. For two decades, they have worked to ensure that children with ADHD are understood, supported and thrive.

Express is an independent user-led organisation based in the borough of Kingston upon Thames. They aim to support autistic people and their families and promote awareness and acceptance in the community.
