Our Pupil Leaders

Developing Future Leaders

At OLI, we recognise the precious role we have in shaping the children in our care and therefore the future. We want every child to leave OLI with a set of values, an understanding of their role in shaping the future and the skills to lead change. At school, we have a number of leadership roles that help the children to learn and apply these skills.

Children can join the school council to influence real change in the day-to-day life of the school. Children are also Wellbeing Ambassadors, House Captains, Diversity Champions, Sports Captains, Faith Leaders and all children have a Buddy for their time in school.
